Kysmet Security & Patrol, Inc. is looking for Front desk office administrator



Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
  • Answer incoming calls, direct calls, and provide assistance to caller in a friendly, caring and helpful manner
  • Helping walk in clients
  • Helping field employees 
  • Translating reports
  • Scheduling 
  • Office duties such as: making copies, scanning, computer work, filing
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent or higher 
  • 5+ years experience in office administration
  • Experience with Office programs (word & excel)
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Bilingual English & Spanish preferred but not necessary 
  • Security company knowledge preferred but not necessary 
  • Work independently and very proactively with minimal direction/supervision
  • Customer service focus; positive attitude, warm and caring demeanor
